VW Apartments was founded by two brothers, Egon and Hubertus von Westerholt, who have been in the apartment rental business for over 45 years. It all began with two buildings in Simcoe and one in Hanover. Today, they are thrilled that their children have joined them in managing and maintaining their properties, allowing them to carry forward their family-centered approach.

Over the years, VW Apartments has expanded to Welland, London, Woodstock, Listowel, Stratford, and Milverton. Egon and Hubertus remain personally involved in all aspects of the business, staying true to their roots as a small family operation. Their commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere helps tenants feel truly "at home."

Their buildings are kept clean, with regular upgrades and improvements.  Egon and Hubertus make a point to visit each property monthly, always eager to meet tenants and address concerns. The smaller scale of the business allows them to respond quickly to issues, ensuring their tenants’ satisfaction.
