About VW Apartments
VW Apartments was founded by and is operated by two brothers, Egon and Hubertus Von Westerholt. They have been in the apartment rental business for over 30 years. It all started with two buildings in Simcoe and one in Hanover.
Over the years the company has expanded to Welland, London, Woodstock, Listowel and Stratford and Milverton. Egon and Hubertus are personally involved in all decisions regarding their buildings and still consider their business a small family operation. Their goal is to keep their tenants happy, by providing a building atmosphere that makes their tenants feel that they are living "at home".
The buildings are clean and upgrades and improvements are made regularly. Egon and Hubertus make every effort to visit their buildings on a monthly basis and are always happy to meet with tenants. Concerns and issues are dealt with in a timely manner which is possible due to the relatively small size of their enterprise.
