242 Inkerman Street Apartments has been my home for 3 years, and I love it. My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and the large windows make it bright and cheery. Sliding doors open to very private balcony, where in the good weather I enjoy sitting amongst my flowers. A feature I appreciate is the elevator. No lugging groceries up the stairs, or laundry to and from the large clean laundry room. There are always available parking spaces, making guests feel welcome. What can I say about the location! We are only 1 block from Giant Tiger, Shoppers, The Clinic, Hospital, Post Office and Bank. More banks stores hairdressers and theatre are only two blocks. In spite of being so to everything, the apartment building is very quiet. It is very clean and well maintained. The management is very accessible and accommodating, creating a very friendly environment, where everyone is treated with respect. This truly is home.
I have lived in the apartment building in Listowel for 13 years. It is quiet and in a good neighborhood. Hospital Clinic and stores are within walking distance. The building is well maintained and I consider it home.
I am a very satisfied tenant. Being centrally located where we live helps so much being near the stores to shop.
It is just a few steps downtown. We couldn’t have it much better. My reasons for moving here in the place is I do have health problems and I have given up driving, another reason for wanting to be close to the downtown.
Our building as far as I am concerned is kept neat and tidy. I have someone into clean my apartment every two weeks. Marilyn does a fine job, very co-operative if a problem does arise. No complaints there what so ever.
I am acquainted with a few of the tenants but not the type to get involved with them all. In general I would say we are a firm group.
