I have lived here at 1000 Huron Street since 2001. I couldn’t ask for a better superintendant/manager than Sandi. She is efficient in every way possible. Sandy has always kept the foyer, hallways, elevator and laundry rooms immaculate. She works incredibly hard at keeping this building in the condition it should be. The lawns and gardens always look beautiful. Sandi is a very hard worker and truly cares about this building and all of its tenants.

Sandi is a great property manager and does an excellent job of keeping it looking great. All my family and friends have said how well kept it is and said that I am lucky to have a great manager.
Whenever I asked Sandi to do anything, she does it right away or lets me know when she will be able to.
My husband and I have lived in this building for 20 years. It has been through three care takers and Sandi is by far the hardest worker. Any requests she gets, she deals with very quickly. She keeps the outside as meticulous as the inside.
On the whole, we are quite satisfied with this building and the way you, the owner, and Sandi keep it up.
